Remote AV Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remote AV Support Specialist to deliver high-quality video conferencing and audio-visual support. This role involves managing video conferencing, audio/visual, and webcasting technologies to ensure seamless operations for global meetings, events, and webcasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Services:
    • Schedule conferences and webcasts.
    • Manage service mailboxes.
    • Analyze performance metrics.
    • Resolve service tickets related to AV and webcasting technologies.
    • Monitor support queues for current and upcoming AV technologies and webcast incidents.
  • Video Call and Webcast Support:
    • Ensure video endpoints are operational.
    • Manage incident response during calls and webcasts.
    • Prepare and support webcast events.
    • Monitor live webcast events and troubleshoot issues.
  • Commissioning Services:
    • Configure Cisco Video Conferencing Codecs and streaming encoders.
    • Test endpoints and network devices.
  • Application Support:
    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications.
    • Collaborate with Product Engineers to resolve application issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV support and video conferencing management.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Codecs and AV/IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
