Job Opportunity: Audio Visual Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to join our team onsite with one of our global clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with innovative technologies and be able to provide support for corporate AV/VC environments.

The successful candidate will work independently, analyzing problems using technical diagnostic skills, and resolving issues quickly. They will also assist with installation of all AV equipment and displays, including audio and video conferencing equipment, distributed audio, digital signage, control systems, and presentation systems.

In addition, the AV Technician will perform tasks such as installing structured cabling, uploading Crestron control programs, assisting with inventory management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during an installation or event.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, who can work well in a team environment. They must be able to think and work independently, and have a strong understanding of wiring and termination skills, as well as proper installation techniques of all AV equipment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that SLAs and daily deliverables are met, including ticket updates, and for performing equipment setups, breakdowns, and troubleshoot issues during events.

Other duties may include liaising with cross-functional teams and internal users before and during events, interfacing with end users and vendors to address requests and requirements, and assisting in identifying and solving issues that impact client conference rooms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
