Senior E-commerce Strategy Position Overview

This is an opportunity to lead and manage our e-commerce strategy and operations across multiple platforms, including marketplaces, payment wallets, delivery aggregators, and online transport networks in India.

We are seeking a visionary leader who can define and execute long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals, own the P&L for multiple e-commerce programs, and drive scalable growth across diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management across categories.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize seller performance metrics.
E-commerce Operations & Seller Ecosystem:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, managers, and tiered leaders to drive unified execution.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strategic planning and execution experience in e-commerce strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and P&L ownership in B2B/B2C platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
