  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Manage daily tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for efficient execution
    • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and travel
    • Support marketing operations with timely updates and coordination
  • Client & Customer Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with clients across international and domestic channels
    • Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls and emails
    • Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain service quality
  • Growth & Team Readiness:
    • Adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building
    • Develop leadership skills with potential to lead a team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service
  • Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and growth-oriented
  • Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms
