Job Title: Creative Innovator

We're looking for a skilled Creative Innovator who can craft compelling narratives, think visually while writing, and bring fresh ideas to the table. This role involves developing and executing creative strategies that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive innovation and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work on integrated campaigns from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Write across formats - ads, scripts, social media, long-form content.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Creative skills: Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Problem-solving: Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.
