Web Engineering Role

This is a high-ownership position for an engineer who understands conversion, attribution, and mobile performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS. They should also have direct experience integrating event tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and TikTok Pixel.

We are seeking someone to lead engineering execution across our paid media funnels. This includes landing page builds, tracking logic, performance optimization, and rapid test deployment.

  • Landing Page Builds:
    • Build and optimize fast-loading, mobile-first landing pages using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
  • Tracking Integrations:
    • Owning tracking integrations including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Campaign Velocity:
    • Collaborate with media, analytics, and CRO teams to improve campaign velocity and tracking accuracy.
Responsibilities

Landing Page Builds: Fast-loading, mobile-first landing pages.

Tracking Integrations: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel.

Campaign Velocity: Improve campaign velocity and tracking accuracy.

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.

Skills: Event tracking integration, Core Web Vitals monitoring, attribution, and reusable codebases.
