About This Role

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of Subject Experts and collaborating closely with other administrators to develop high-quality assessment materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive question banks for assessments in various subjects
  • Designing and structuring question banks; establishing quality standards for content creation and review
  • Managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including defining selection criteria, monitoring performance, and providing training
  • Coordinating extensively with SMEs for all test development activities
  • Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet requirements for test items and question sets
  • Supporting the lead administrator in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs
  • Analyzing exam results, generating reports, and presenting findings to management

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of the Indian education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
  • Excellent command over English, both written and spoken
  • Good command over spoken Hindi

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology
