We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team in the Chemicals and Materials Practice. As a key member of our advisory division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality project results.
The Chemicals Practice focuses on providing comprehensive market assessment, market-entry analysis, and distribution channel optimization. Our team works closely with clients to identify unmet needs, develop customer perception, retention, and satisfaction strategies, and conduct detailed manufacturing cost analysis and P&L assessments.
As a Project Lead, your primary responsibilities will include guiding research processes, overseeing team efforts, and delivering high-quality reports. You will work closely with senior management to develop and refine project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables. Your expertise will be essential in driving staff performance, ensuring content and quality, and presenting project findings to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus. You should have at least 8 years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry, with a proven track record of developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management.
You should be able to work independently, as well as part of a multinational team, and possess strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Foreign language skills are a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
