Finance Manager - Strategic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance manager to oversee critical financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Preparation of annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting in collaboration with functional teams.
    • Analyzing budget variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Month-End Close:
    • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts.
    • Reviewing journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
    • Reviewing and approving invoices.
    • Preparing and reviewing balance sheet schedules.
  • Financial Statements & Reporting:
    • Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
    • Generating and presenting monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Audit Coordination:
    • Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external auditors.
    • Ensuring timely completion of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
    • Addressing audit queries and implementing audit recommendations.
  • Compliance & Controls:
    • Ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, tax, and treasury.
    • Supporting management with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial operations while supporting business decision-making through robust financial insights.
