Job Summary

The Group Finance Director is responsible for leading the overall financial management of the organization, encompassing strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. This leader will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability across multiple business units and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).
