Financial Modeler and Investment Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Modeler and Investment Strategist to support our investment activities. The successful candidate will be based out of Chennai and will be responsible for developing a pipeline of potential investments, performing due diligence, and building financial models.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Develop detailed financial models to analyze investment prospects.
- Draft investment memorandums to present to stakeholders.
- Assist in deal structuring and negotiations to secure optimal investment outcomes.
- Monitor portfolio companies and maintain relations with investee companies.
- E nsure compliance with all necessary rules and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountant.
- 3-8 years' experience in financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and work within tight timeframes.
- Presentation skills with ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil is desirable.
