Capital Raising Strategist

Our organization is a leading global real estate investment firm with operations across multiple asset classes.

The Capital Raising Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India, covering various real asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing fundraising strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Creating and presenting proposals to attract investors
  • Networking and collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing regular reporting and updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in real estate fund raising
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling
