Localization/Translation Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Localization/Translation Project Coordinator to support the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Spanish-language content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure linguistic requirements are met and final deliverables meet expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency in high-volume environments.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken, with strong English proficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment for issue escalation.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
