Higher Education Placement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Higher Education Placement Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess first-hand experience in managing campus placements, maintaining strong industry connections, and understanding the dynamics of fresh graduate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Liaison: Foster relationships with corporates in designated regions to identify opportunities for fresh graduates across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with hiring teams to build and maintain strong connections.
  • Industry Networking: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to establish new hiring partnerships.
  • Employer Engagement: Conduct consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and effectively position our learner pool.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle, including JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputable institute.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a significant advantage.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
