Recruitment Leader Job Overview

This position is responsible for driving the company's talent acquisition efforts, leading a team of recruiters and ensuring top talent attraction and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Lead a team of recruiters, assign targets, and ensure hiring deadlines are met.
    • Optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
    • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, background checks, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in Bulk Hiring.
  • Prior experience leading a team of recruiters and recruiting for US healthcare/RCM profiles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms (preferably UKG), Excel, and hiring dashboards.
