Job Title: Career Development Strategist

Job Description:

The primary role of the career development strategist is to lead and execute a comprehensive placement strategy to achieve high student employability rates.

This involves developing strong relationships with biopharma and life sciences companies to drive campus recruitment, organizing and managing recruitment drives, industry talks, career guidance sessions, and internship placements, as well as monitoring placement metrics and submitting detailed reports periodically.

Additionally, the career development strategist will be responsible for coordinating admissions processes, including outreach, application review, and candidate communication, assisting in program marketing efforts by engaging with academic institutions, industry bodies, and alumni, and overseeing onboarding and orientation of new batches.

They will also manage day-to-day class operations, including faculty coordination, scheduling, and student feedback, and act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure smooth program execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 8-14 years of experience in a related field
