Job Title: Quality System Configuration Specialist

Job Description:

This role is designed to support system program leaders with system configurations and application support for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support via telephone, email, and instant messaging to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate with software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform system administration duties, including updating website information content, system data changes, and configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Contribute to training material development.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Possess a passion for their work and a willingness to help others succeed, with a team player mindset.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
