ServiceNow Support Specialist Role

The ServiceNow Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform. This position involves troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and performing routine maintenance tasks to guarantee the platform's stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine system upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • End-User Support: Provide assistance to end-users regarding the ServiceNow platform, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Compliance: Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required for this role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are necessary for success in this position.
