Senior UI UX Designer Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI UX Designer to fill this position at Tech Exactly. As a passionate advocate for user-centered design, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with top-notch founders from around the world.

This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting research, creating user personas, and designing high-quality user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to inform product development.
  • P present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize user experiences.
  • Guide development teams on user journey and design requirements.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • E nsure seamless design handoffs to development teams.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven individual.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Brief knowledge of app development processes.
  • Able to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking expertise.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology (a plus).
