Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end design process for new product features from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.">
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.">
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.">
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.">
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.">
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.">
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.">
  • Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow ensuring exceptional performance responsiveness and user experience.">
  • Architect and implement complex scalable and reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.">
  • Manage and structure Webflows CMS for various content types ensuring ease of use for marketing and content teams.">
  • Implement custom interactions animations and transitions to create engaging and dynamic web experiences.">
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.">
  • Conduct regular site audits for performance accessibility and SEO implementing improvements to enhance site health and visibility.">
  • Serve as the in-house Webflow subject matter expert providing guidance and support to the team.">

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of professional hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures dynamic content and sophisticated interactions.">
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products web or mobile applications.">
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process problem-solving skills and visual design talent.">
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma including components auto-layout prototyping and design systems.">
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and interaction design.">
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.">
