About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Personalized Digital Health Experience Designer to help us create a cutting-edge platform for families. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing mobile apps, digital products, and experiences that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, design, and healthcare, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and engaging mobile apps that cater to diverse user needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for personalized meal planning, ingredient management, and health tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital health and UX design
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Figma expert: auto-layout, constraints, components/variants, design tokens, libraries, and prototyping
  • Mobile patterns (iOS/Android): deep familiarity with HIG & Material 3; platform-native navigation, typography, spacing, and controls
  • Interaction design: micro-interactions, motion principles (duration/curve), states, edge-cases, and empty-state strategy
  • Information architecture & flows: complex form design (questionnaires), data-dense dashboards, and progressive disclosure
  • Accessibility: color contrast, hit-targets, focus order, Dynamic Type, voice/assistive support; WCAG-aware
  • Usability practice: write test plans, run lightweight tests, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Motion deliverables with Lottie/Bodymovin; Figma → Lottie workflows
  • Design for data visualisation (Recharts/Victory/ECharts specs) and information design
  • Familiarity with front-end delivery (React Native basics, Zeplin/Relay plugins, or tokens-to-code thinking)
  • Experience in health/wellness/food/e-commerce; comfort handling PII and privacy-minded UX
