Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce Change Management policies and frameworks in alignment with best practices
  • Assess risk, impact, and feasibility of proposed changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Onboard teams to Change Management tools and create workflow for them
  • Ensure proper testing, validation, and rollback strategies are documented for the change
  • Track and report on Change Success Rates, Failed Changes, and Change-related Incidents

Critical Skills: Strong understanding of Change Management processes, experience with ITSM tools, ability to perform risk assessment and impact analysis.

About This Role

This role requires a strong background in Change Management, as well as experience working in IT Service Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives and have a deep understanding of ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and enforcing Change Management policies and frameworks, assessing risk and impact, and onboard Development teams to Change Management tools. Additionally, they will ensure proper testing, validation, and rollback strategies are documented for the change, and track and report on Change Success Rates, Failed Changes, and Change-related Incidents.

Requirements
