Business Strategy Analyst

A key role in shaping the organization's direction, this position involves analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams to visualize system capabilities and write specifications to guide project development.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and recommending controls to optimize performance and reduce risks.
  • Define project requirements, monitor progress, and prepare technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct research to support strategic planning and suggest changes to senior management using analytics and data visualization techniques.
Technical Requirements
  • Understand and communicate financial and operational impacts of changes on the organization's bottom line.
  • Create informative reporting that highlights business trends and opportunities for improvement to inform strategic decisions.
  • Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred, as well as proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
