Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Director plays a pivotal role in spearheading the recruitment strategy for a key client.

As the operational leader, you will oversee the onsite delivery team and ensure the successful execution of the talent acquisition plan.

This is a leadership position that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the client's needs.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:

Establish a robust relationship with the client, engaging with stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements and drivers.

  • Proactively communicate with the client to ensure resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achievement of contract performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Client satisfaction scores and feedback
  • Effective management of complex delivery metrics
  • Team and employee engagement scores
Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the client's needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recruitment challenges
Operations Management:
  • Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to optimize productivity and quality
  • Maintain an external network to stay current with industry trends
People Management:
  • Lead the recruitment and induction process to ensure delivery capabilities are met
  • Provide coaching and support to the team to enhance performance
Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of experience in technology hiring
  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management or team leadership
