The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored incubation programs, managing startup applications, and providing mentorship and support to ensure progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Management: Develop and execute incubation programs aligned with our university's goals, focusing on startup growth and success.
- Mentorship & Networking: Facilitate connections between startups, industry leaders, investors, and potential customers, organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Funding & Investment Support: Assist startups in securing funding through grants, seed funds, and investor networks, connecting them with venture capitalists, angel investors, and financial institutions.
- Ecosystem Development: Build partnerships with corporations, academic institutions, and government bodies to enrich our incubation ecosystem, fostering collaborations and bringing in resources and opportunities for startups.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track startup progress, analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports on incubation outcomes, and collect feedback to improve support quality.
- Marketing & Outreach: Promote our incubation center's activities and achievements through social media, newsletters, and other channels, developing outreach strategies to attract high-potential startups.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain documentation of incubation activities, agreements, and progress records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and managing budgets and financial aspects.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in incubation program management or a related role.
- Graduation required; postgraduates welcome.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
