Job Title: Endpoint System Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Endpoint System Engineer to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  • Providing hands-on support through calls, emails, and chat—resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Engaging deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshooting product-related issues and collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  • Understanding and communicating client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  • Escalating complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Delivering training to clients and internal teams; documenting technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.
  • Actively gathering and sharing client feedback with the product team to drive innovation and improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • A strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • A degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certs.
  • Exposure to cloud security and advanced network security concepts.
