Job Title: Application Security Specialist

 

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled Application Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications and infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses in our applications and infrastructure.

  • Developing and implementing security controls to prevent and mitigate security threats.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our application development lifecycle.

  • Providing training and guidance to developers on secure coding practices and application security best practices.

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and providing recommendations for improving our security posture.

 

Requirements: 

  • Hands-on experience with application security solutions (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST, API), penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and containerization concepts.

  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
