Cyber Security Strategist Job Summary

  • This is a role for an expert in cybersecurity to participate in the design and technical assessment of architectures and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the Group's Zero Trust Strategy by building a security ecosystem urbanization approach and proposing new or adapted architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the adaptation and enhancement of the Zero trust framework, including feedback from practical implementation and evolution of needs and market maturity.
  • Establish high-level architecture patterns needed for the Zero Trust strategy and co-define Group transversal architecture standards.
  • Understand BNPP's identified Use Cases and potentially identify relevant new ones, their maturity levels, and related technical/nontechnical streams to be planned.
  • Challenge and assist IT production/operations teams to operationalize the Zero Trust Strategy.
  • Design robustness and Zero trust compliance assessments.
  • Supervise and follow up on the Zero Trust Strategy, feeding Sponsor's committee with risks, problems, activities, and so on.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the cyber security field is required.
  • Proven senior security enterprise architecture activities such as driving and designing new and strategic security initiatives for emerging technologies are essential.
  • A key requirement is to define a strategy to align security with the way business is done and with security requirements or principles.
  • The ideal candidate must ensure that best practices are known and implemented, and provide security principles and a reference architecture.
  • They should have a leading role in identifying vision and strategies required to support long-term objectives.
  • Assess, envision, plan, design, and oversee the implementation of security capabilities across company platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Define security requirements, build architecture blueprints, and conduct reviews of systems, platforms, and applications to identify security risks.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead through accountability with delegated responsibilities and to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO27002, etc.
  • Demonstrate a positive motivated attitude. Rigorous and an eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends of cybersecurity.
  • Industry certifications are preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc
