Overview:

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to empower aspiring authors to publish their work with ease.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting users, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the user experience through proactive engagement and insightful feedback.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by addressing queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring seamless support.
  • Upsell premium packages and add-on services to increase awareness of the platform's offerings.
  • Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages and distribution options.
  • Gather insights from user interactions to inform product improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users.
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous).
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services.
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
