Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions.

This individual will work closely with the support team, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, along with strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  2. Guide customers on product usage and provide timely assistance.
  3. Manage customer data imports/exports from production systems, ensuring accurate updates.
  4. Process confidential data and information according to established guidelines.
  5. Collaborate on developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Generate reports from single or multiple systems to inform key decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into lay terms.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Perl to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to fetch data from SQL/NoSQL databases.
