Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage financial data, prepare financial statements, and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable Indian accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely closure of all Statutory compliances.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of Indian tax laws.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. They will be able to optimize financial processes, implement internal financial controls, and work closely with cross-functional teams for budgeting, expense management, and financial planning.

About the Role:
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting: Lead and manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Coordinate with external CA firms for tax planning, filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and audits.
  • MIS & Business Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Qualified CA/CPA/ICWA/CA Inter.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience across finance and accounting.
