As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead the financial strategy and drive business growth for Banqueting & Catering operations in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Financial Planning: Lead the implementation of ERP systems and ensure timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners.
  • Cost Control and Revenue Optimization: Analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and supervise the finance team to drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and process orientation; experience in audit and statutory reporting.
