Financial Planning and Analysis Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, improve financial processes, and enhance analytical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports, ensuring timely and accurate results, and driving process improvements across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 8-10 analysts to deliver financial reports and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts and budgets
  • Standardize reporting across all business units
  • Solve complex financial problems using data analysis and interpretation

About You:

  • Qualifications: CA/ICWA/MBA Finance or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance with a focus on financial planning and analysis
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point and SAP (desired)
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Alteryx, Python and RPA (desired)
