Job Overview

The role of a Finance Associate involves managing the transfer of shares, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with other finance team members and external parties to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of share ownership and transactions, ensuring timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares, and assist in establishing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities; present findings to management.

Requirements

  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
