We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Client Services Expert. This position involves managing client relationships, coordinating with recruitment teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Assist in managing day-to-day client communications, coordinate with recruitment teams, and prepare job descriptions based on client input.
- Candidate Sourcing: Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients, maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases.
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation.
