Job Title: Print Production Manager

The Print Production Manager oversees day-to-day print operations for clients, ensuring timely project completion through effective project management. This role requires strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations by adhering to their processes and policies in delivering work tasks on time.
  • Provide technical support to minimize costs and ensure quality prints.
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to maintain consistency across prints.
  • Support during the design phase through artwork review and risk identification.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders regarding color assessments on print work.
  • Strong project management skills are necessary to track project timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Manage color standards storage and support logistics arrangements.
  • Take initiative to resolve challenges proactively.
  • Foster good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support onsite, offsite, and at printer's sites as required.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent combination of education.
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management.
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of various Print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure).
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Occasional travel is required (Local/International).
