Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for high-profile passengers, including VVIPs, VIPs, CIPs, celebrities, and government officials. This entails coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee smooth travel and enhance the brand perception of the airport.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships with multiple government agencies, airlines, customs, immigration, CISF, GADL Protocol, BCAS, and other regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service, hospitality, and conflict resolution, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating hassle-free travel experiences for high-profile passengers
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Establishing rapport and liaison with regulatory agencies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Post-Graduation in Management or equivalent qualification is desired.

Additionally, relevant experience in aviation, hotel, or hospitality sectors is necessary, with a minimum of 15 years of experience preferred.
