Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager Training professional to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and design targeted employee development programs.
  • Deliver effective new hire training, refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs using various methodologies such as e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and operations teams to ensure up-to-date product and process knowledge.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and training coordinators to meet performance and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with operations, quality, and HR teams to drive continuous improvement in employee performance.
  • Act as a liaison between training and senior management to communicate training impact and business needs.
  • Track and analyze training metrics such as learning effectiveness, training completion rates, and post-training performance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Present periodic reports to management on training outcomes, impact, and future training roadmaps.
