Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and ensure our employees receive the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees. Your expertise will help us bridge the gap between our business objectives and employee capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design & Delivery: Utilize your subject matter expertise to design targeted training content and deliver it through various channels, including e-learning, classroom instruction, and hands-on simulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
