Store Operations Manager

At the heart of our retail business lies a pivotal role, that of the Store Operations Manager. This exceptional individual will spearhead the end-to-end management of store operations, encompassing receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of up to 100 store staff and delivery boys, with a focus on training, delegation, and work planning. Their primary objective will be to ensure seamless store operations, while fostering an environment of superior customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end store operations, including receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.
  • Manage a team of up to 100 store staff and delivery boys.
  • Mentor and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and store metrics.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and processes defined by the company.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management in the F&V/FMCG category.
  • Experience in managing a team size of minimum 100 store employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Background in large format retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Store Incharge.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Supervisor.
