Key Role in Treasury Management

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Treasury Analyst. In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing the company's cash flow and liquidity.

  • Cash Flow Forecasting: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts to support efficient liquidity management. This involves analyzing financial data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Liquidity Planning: Collaborating with business partners and shared services, you will work to optimize working capital and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: As a treasury analyst, you will analyze financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. This includes reviewing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to gain insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Investment Strategies: You will develop and implement strategies to manage excess operating cash and obtain optimum interest revenue. This may involve exploring various investment options and negotiating with financial institutions.
  • Cash Management: Overseeing daily cash positioning activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting. This requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance is required. An MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury best practices, including financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and relaxed accounting.
  • Proficient in Treasury Management Systems (TMSs) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
