Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMS professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing various aspects of PMS and other modules, preparing documentation, and contributing to training internal/external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed documentation on equipment structures, jobs, and spares based on client requirements.
  • Understand and document client requirements, identifying gaps between user needs and JiBe features.
  • Test and check functional aspects of developed modules, producing desired reports and outcomes.
  • Contribute to training sessions for internal/external users on PMS and related modules.
  • Develop software-related documents, such as feature documents, help guides, FAQs, and workflow documents.

Ship Visit and Other Responsibilities:

  • Secure vessels for implementation, issue fixing, and training purposes.
  • Assist with data collection and updating PMS data onboard.
  • Train shipboard personnel on the use of JiBe and other modules.
  • Provide support to vessels and remote offices for JiBe and related modules.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3rd or 4th engineer or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Shore experience in shipping management as a PMS coordinator/controller with an educational background in naval architecture and marine engineering.
  • Experience in enterprise computing needs of ship management companies.
  • Strong organizational skills covering project management and cost analysis.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent typing and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
