About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end accounting and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth month-end close and reporting, and driving adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

You will also be expected to:

  • Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence
  • Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead process update calls with customers whenever required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Significant work experience in accounting and finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with ERP packages such as JDE and SAP
