Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing monthly accounting close activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables, including journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics, and reporting.
  • Prepare accounting entries for various financial activities, including transactions across the entire P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statement flux variance analysis for management reporting.
  • Provide support to the 10-Q and 10-K reporting process, including preparing supporting schedules.
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners to provide financial insights and relevant reporting.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting, analyzing information, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, thoroughness in deliverables, and teamwork spirit.
  • 3+ years of experience in process work across various processes, with ability to interpret and apply US GAAP and local GAAP as applicable.
  • Experience in SOX control documentation/executions.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and work independently.
  • Understanding of international statutory reporting/compliance processes.
  • Understanding of various ERP systems, including Oracle, Workday Financials, Netsuite, and others, with willingness to learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of other tools such as Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite, Blackline, eGRC360, Tableau, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Passion in process improvement and automation.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment that evolves with acquisitions.
  • Ability to respond quickly to various requests.
  • Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX testing with internal and external auditors.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional and international accounting teams to ensure alignment and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to understand new processes identified and work on them quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with process owners to ensure tasks are completed on time and changes communicated.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Execute ad-hoc deliverables related to new system implementations and process improvements.
  • Experience manipulating, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of data.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc projects/deliverables as necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle, Workday Financials, Netsuite, and other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of other tools such as Blackline, eGRC360, Tableau, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Passion in process improvement and automation.
