About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining our go-to-market (GTM) tech stack to drive growth and efficiency. You will own and optimize our entire GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow, efficient workflows, and insightful decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key player in our revenue operations function, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes that support business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and optimizing our GTM tech stack
- Serving as SFDC administrator and power user
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes
- Building and maintaining reports/dashboards to track key metrics
- Leading tool onboarding and offboarding
- Solving data gaps and syncing issues
- Staying ahead of new features and capabilities
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least 2–3 of the following: Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models
- Hands-on SFDC admin experience
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations
- Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems
- Analytical mindset
