**Marketplace Operations Specialist**: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Amazon marketplace presence from end-to-end. This role involves driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.

About the Role:
  • Growth Driver: Develop and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Operations Manager: Oversee end-to-end Amazon operations, including Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking, to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Compliance Expert: Maintain account health and ensure adherence to Amazon's policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
  2. Manage end-to-end Amazon operations, including Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking.
  3. Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  4. Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability.
  5. Track sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets.
  6. Coordinate with external & internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience managing marketplace operations.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and performance metrics.
