Compliance Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
This position involves leading ISO implementations from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for running gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation.
The role requires creating clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients. This includes supporting clients in closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar, along with ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials. 5–10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from start to finish
- Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation
- Create clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients
- Support clients in closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
- Partner with stakeholders on strategy, timelines, and project execution
- Maintain client projects organized and compliant
- Support clients during audits and with post-audit corrective actions
