Lead E-commerce Category Specialist

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to drive our e-commerce category forward.

This role requires a strategic owner who will build and scale the business, owning key performance indicators, assortment, digital experience, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Performance Leadership: Develop and execute business strategy; own revenue, profitability, and long-term category success.
  • Assortment Strategy: Develop and implement SKU plans that align with brand vision, ensuring market-leading selection of products.
  • Digital Experience: Lead category programming on the app and website to deliver an engaging user journey.
  • Operations Excellence: Oversee day-to-day category operations, optimizing processes and ensuring on-time execution.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions; inspire a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership; work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, tech, and operations.
Core Responsibilities:
  • SKU Lifecycle Ownership: Identify and source new SKUs aligned with the brand's vision; oversee procurement strategies, packaging design direction, and production planning.
  • Online Store Leadership (App + Website): Direct product listing management, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and visual appeal; strategize pre-purchase and post-purchase flows.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze product performance data to develop actionable insights and improvements; lead alignment of product launches with marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
