Job Title: Talent Development Manager

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in People Partner roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

This role is perfect for individuals who think beyond skills & competencies and design learning experiences that create impact where it matters.
