
Senior Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes. Experience in the real estate or infrastructure sectors is an added advantage.
Talent Acquisition:
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. This involves developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Employee Onboarding and Engagement:
This role requires designing and executing effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Employee engagement initiatives will also be driven to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations:
The successful candidate will manage HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, they will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management.
Strategic HR Planning:
This role involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Workforce planning and providing insights on talent gaps and succession planning are also key responsibilities.
Training and Development:
IDentifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance is essential for this role.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
The successful candidate will ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Developing and updating HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational needs is also required.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in talent acquisition, is required. Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and HR operations is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements is also necessary.
